The European Style Salon and Mastic Spa will host an Open House Sunday, May 16, 4pm-8pm. Located in Greenwood at the corner of US 31 S and Main Street, the salon offers all-natural Greek "Mastic" products.


GREENWOOD, IN, May 16, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The European Style Salon and Mastic Spa will host an Open House Sunday, May 16, 4pm-8pm. Located at 191 US 31 South Greenwood in Greenwood, the salon offers all-natural Greek "Mastic" products.

For owner Silviya Poynter it's the realization of an American Dream. A Bulgarian immigrant, Poynter moved to Indianapolis in 2004. She worked for the Indianapolis Zoo for four months, then entered beauty college. Poynter worked for Cindy Hinds at Hairstotles then launched her own small shop in 2008. The shop quickly grew in popularity, so Poynter added staff and space in the new location. The salon and spa has six hairstylists and one nail technician.
